Jake did a great job installing a tankless gas water heater and a water softener in a tight and tricky space.  He rerouted the old gas lines to better and less unsightly locations and ran the exhaust vent through to the outside in an inconspicuous location.  The entire setup looks neat and organized.  Jake answered all our questions, left the work area clean, and labeled the pipes and valves.  He was very responsive, knowledgeable, skilled, and communicated with us throughout the installation.
